2026 Blackhawk Area Council Spring Product Sales

How does it work?
Units sign up to sell camp cards; 50% of the sales price is a commission that stays with the unit. Scouts sell camp cards to the general public for $10 each. Each District has a camp card version specific to their area, customized with exciting offers from vendors local to the District with 8-10 multi-use offers on the back.

We are again excited to offer an add-on item to the camp card sale–Coffee! Fire Department Coffee is offering a special labeled bag of their outstanding medium roast coffee for Blackhawk Area Council Scouts to sell. Each bag of coffee sells for $15. Coffee can be sold as a Take Order item (Between January 1st and February 19th) or at Show and Sell (starts in March until May 15th). Take order Coffee Forms will be available at December Roundtables. How To Participate in the Coffee Add-On Sale
  1. Your Information Guide to Take Orders and Show and Sell…CLICK HERE
  2. You will need to fill out the Unit Commitment/Order Form ASAP and complete order by February 19th!
  3. Clicking HERE for the Unit Coffee Add-On Commitment Sign-Up Form – Submit 1 per unit; If you are selling Coffee Take Orders as well, you must sign up here to receive link to Take Order Form.

Step 1: Identify your unit’s Camp Card|Coffee contact person and number of Camp Cards and amount of Show and Sell Coffee your unit would like to request

You will need this information for Step 2.

 

Step 2: Fill out the Unit Commitment / Order Form

Step 3: Get your Scouts excited for the Camp Card fundraiser!  Get your Leaders Engaged!

The more you promote the sale in your unit the better results you’ll see. Camp Card District Chairs will be available at February Roundtables to answer questions and assist unit leaders with signing up for the sale.

 

Step 4: Sign up ASAP to attend the February 3rd 6pm or the February 19th 7pm Camp Card Orientations for Units:

Step 5: Attend your March District Roundtable (March 11th Pioneer; March 12th for Sycamore, Wanchanagi, and White Eagle)

At each District’s March Roundtable you will pick up your camp cards and show and sell coffee.

 

Step 6: Sell! Sell! Sell!

Scouts can sell camp cards and show and sell coffee through May 1st.

 

Step 7: Each unit completes a final report

Step 8: Return any unsold Camp Cards to Blackhawk Area Council

Return unsold camp cards and submit the unit’s balance due to Blackhawk Area Council by May 15th.
