Published on October 12th, 2021

Have you nominated a Scouter for the Silver Beaver Award?!

It is the highest Award a local Council can bestow on one of its Adult Volunteers. Upon nomination by the Council and with the approval of the National Court of Honor, recipients of this award are registered Adult leaders who have made an impact on the lives of youth through service given to the council.  First introduced in 1931, the Silver Beaver is an award given to those who implement the Scouting program and perform community service through hard work, self-sacrifice, dedication, and many years of service. It is given to those who do not seek it.

NOVEMBER 1st  IS THE DEADLINE FOR NOMINATIONS.
Please use the below pdf and turn it in at the Council Office or email to sean.nadeau@scouting.org.
