Camp Lowden Sporting Clays Days
First Saturday of EVERY month starting in May through November. Come out in a group or as an individual. Course is made up of report pairs and true pairs that will engage a first-time shooter and challenge any experienced shooter.

Save the Date…November 5th and join us at our council’s all day in-person training event. This course is open to Scouts in Scouts BSA and Venturing (not Cub Scouts), and all Scouting Adults.
Grant Pilgrimage 2022
Over 4000 Scouts and Scouters arrive in Galena, IL to take in a historic trail hike, visit Grant’s home and many other historic sites of national prominence. Participants can interact with impersonators of the original 9 Generals of Galena, take in a Civil War skirmish on the banks of the Galena River as well as visit the Civil War encampment to see how soldiers lived. Other interesting sites and activities include numerous museums, shops, parks, patch trading, a blacksmith shop, a woodcarver, a potter, and fur trader.
