TIME: Social Gathering – 2:00 p.m. Dinner – 2:30 p.m.
WHERE: Radisson Convention Center – 200 S. Bell School Road Rockford, Illinois
COST: $40/person (2023 Silver Beaver & 2022 Eagle Scouts attend for free; )

MENU: Chicken Vesuvio with whipped potatoes and vegetables or Cheese Tortellini in a marinara sauce with fresh vegetables
ATTIRE: Scout appropriate. Field uniform preferred
Eagle Scout is the highest rank attainable in the Scouts BSA program of the Boy Scouts of America (BSA). When a Scout becomes an Eagle Scout, they join a community of Eagle Scouts united by their commitment to the ideals of Scouting.
Those ideals instill confidence and character in every Eagle Scout and serve as the building blocks of leadership, service, and community. Because it takes years of hard work, service, and determination to become an Eagle Scout, this prestigious milestone is recognized across the country and the world.

The Silver Beaver Award is the highest Honor the Blackhawk Area Council, Boy Scouts of America, can bestow upon a volunteer Scouter in recognition of distinguished service to youth.
The awards presented today honor such Scouters whose efforts on behalf of the youth of our communities are of an exceptional nature.
It is with great pleasure and sincere appreciation that the Blackhawk Area Council bestows its highest award, the Silver Beaver, to these deserving Scouters. To each of them, Scouting offers its most sincere thank you.
